Hit or Miss: Kim Kardashian's white cut out dress in Kuwait

Out of the places in the world she could be, I just never thought Kim K would ever make it to Kuwait! Given her recent support of Israel, her rise to fame and clash in values..I assumed that the people in Kuwait wouldn't be too welcoming. Well I was I wrong! The 32 year-old reality star was spotted (getting lots of love too) at the Millions Of Milkshakes store at the Avenuees Mall in Kuwait City on Thursday. I'm on the fence about the cut out dress. I like the idea but there is something about the look that ain't quite right. Hmm is this a hit or miss for you!?
